<div class="left-panel"> <h3>What kind of food will we pick up on our journey?</h3> <p>We won’t give away too much here, it is part of the mystery after all! But you can safely expect gourmet foods from local artisan producers, including your traditional picnic foods (such as cheese, meats, fruits and crackers etc.). And naturally, as artisan producers will be unique to the different destinations, the final picnic content varies slightly between them.</p> <h3>Can you accommodate for dietary requirements?</h3> <p>Absolutely! We can cater for most dietary needs for no additional charge, including gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian diets. Customers can also outline any allergies we should be aware of at the time of booking. We also do our best to cater for pregnancy when requested, we recommend pescetarians book as vegetarians.</p> <h3>Do I need to pay for food on the day?</h3> <p>All food, wine and tastings will be covered in the cost of your experience, including picnic supplied for your perfect picnic spot.</p> <h3>When will I get my clues?</h3> <p>You’ll get your clues via email a day or two before your picnic, after which you'll have all your clues, games and puzzles ready to go! Please note, you'll need a mobile phone with internet access the day of your experience. </p> <h3>What ages are children?</h3> <p>We recommend booking a Family Mystery Picnic for children between the ages of 3-12 years. Children under three are welcome to come along free of charge. We recommend booking children over 12 as adults to make sure everyone has enough food.</p> <h3>Where do I eat my picnic?</h3> <p>We will always have a picnic spot planned for you; be that a picnic area, a park or even a winery. Please note that picnic set up is not included so you are welcome to find a spot and settle in to eat. We also recommend bringing along a picnic blanket if you have one, in case you decide to settle on the grass.</p> <h3>What do 'ends indoors' and/or 'ends undercover' mean?</h3> <p><i>Ends Undercover</i>: End locations are sometimes public areas and are subject to a first come, first serve basis. There are limited undercover options available.</p> <p><i>Ends Indoors</i>: Indoor locations are at one of our local providers. We do our best to guarantee you a spot, but it is a first come, first serve basis.</p> </div> <div class="right-panel"> <h3>What will the day look like?</h3> <p>You can decide your specific start time and the pace for the day! We recommend getting started around 11am to give yourself enough time without feeling like you have to rush through the day. Please note some routes may have a slightly different recommendation specific to that route and the vendor opening hours. All you need to do is follow your clues which will lead the way!</p> <h3>How long does the experience go for?</h3> <p>We’ve designed it to be roughly a 3-4 hour round trip, including enjoying your picnic. But you can definitely take longer than this if you want to go on a few detours to explore the region a bit more!</p> <h3>What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?</h3> <p>As we pre-plan and book you in for your stops along the way, we need 3 business days notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your experience.</p> <h3>What is your wet weather policy?</h3> <p>Some of our destinations can cater for an indoor picnic spot, just ask one of our friendly concierges. But if you'd prefer to reschedule your picnic due to rain we'll need 3 business days notice, so we encourage you to keep an eye on the forecast in rainier seasons.</p> <h3>Is parking included?</h3> <p>Please note any parking costs are not included in the price of the experience.</p> <h3>Is Transport Included?</h3> <p>Transport throughout the experience is not included, so be sure to check whether your experience is designed for walking or driving.</p> <h3>Do I need to know the area well to solve the clues?</h3> <p>No local knowledge is required to solve the clues on the day.
